I've used quite a traditional media to produce this portrait, as I really like the various textures and shades you can create using/ with a blue Biro pen. The style of this drawing is very realistic, as that's the style i'm most interested in, as far as portraits are concerned. The drawing is very detailed yet simplistic. I  have taken great influence from 'Joe Ciardiello's     work, due to his unique traditional style, his work combine's very intricate fine lines juxtaposed very bold objects/less detailed areas. I feel this drawing visually communicates Robert Downy/Sherlock Holmes Character.
